Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 · Early-access version
Welcome to COMB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COMB website, the COMB early-access program, and the COMB Business Secured card and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by COMB Corp ("COMB," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Early access
The Services are offered on a pre-launch, early-access basis. Features described on our website are planned and may change, be delayed, or be discontinued before launch. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee approval, a credit line, specific pricing, or availability in your area.
2. The COMB Business Secured card
The COMB Card is a business credit-builder card backed by a refundable security deposit. It is not a loan or a deposit account. Your deposit sets your credit line. Approval, credit limits, rates, fees, and bureau reporting are not guaranteed and depend on eligibility determined at launch. COMB is a financial technology company, not a bank; cards are issued by a partner bank pursuant to a license, and partner names will be disclosed at launch.
3. Cardholder Agreement
When the card becomes available, your use of it will be governed by a separate Cardholder Agreement provided at account opening, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms for card-related matters. You should read it carefully before activating a card.
4. Eligibility & your responsibilities
You must be a business owner authorized to act on behalf of your business, of legal age, and located where the Services are offered. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully, and keep your account credentials secure.
5. Business credit reporting
The card is designed to report account activity to participating business credit bureaus. Reporting frequency, the bureaus covered, and the effect on any score are not guaranteed and depend on the bureaus and your activity. Nothing here is a promise of a particular credit outcome.
6. Electronic communications (E-Sign consent)
By using the Services and providing your email, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, and agreements from us electronically, and you agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, though doing so may limit your ability to use certain Services.
7. Disclosures
All content on our website and in our communications is for general informational purposes and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Examples, figures, and screenshots are illustrative. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals.
8. Intellectual property
The COMB name, logo, and all related marks and content are owned by COMB Corp and may not be used without permission.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COMB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Questions? Email us at our team.
